Our Standard System Warranty
Linux Voodoo Corporation ("Linux Voodoo") warrants that Personal Computers, Notebooks and Servers ("Systems") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years following the date of shipment to the original purchaser, unless a different warranty statement is specified in customer-specific Extended Warranty agreements signed by Linux Voodoo.

Customer satisfaction is our priority and we take pride in the quality of the products that we sell and, as a direct result, offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all Linux Voodoo Systems, including Personal Computers, Notebooks and Servers.
30-Day Limited Money Back Guarantee on Products.
All other hardware, accessories, peripherals and unopened software ("Products") in the original packaging falls under our standard 30-Day Limited Money Back Guarantee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additionally, a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee deducation may be applied to your refund or store credit.
Extended Warranties
In addition to the standard hardware warranty, extended warranty contracts can be negotiated for certain products. For information on extended warranty services, please contact our service department.
Linux Voodoo does not warrant, and this warranty specifically excludes, the suitability of the Systems or Products for any specific use or application, or compatibility of the Systems with any other hardware or software system not provided or endorsed and tested by Linux Voodoo.
This warranty does not cover Systems or Products that have been damaged by accident, disaster, abuse, neglect, misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation; and does not cover Systems or Products that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Linux Voodoo.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF ANY PROPOSAL, SPECIFICATION, OR SAMPLE.
LINUX VOODOO NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY.
If any Product furnished by Linux Voodoo fails to conform to the above warranty, Linux Voodoo' sole and exclusive liability will be, at
Linux Voodoo's option, to repair or replace any such System or Product which fails during the applicable warranty period provided that;
(a) Buyer promptly notifies Linux Voodoo in writing that such System or Product is defective and furnishes an explanation of the deficiency;
(b) Linux Voodoo is satisfied that claimed deficiencies exist and were not caused by accident, misuse, neglect,
alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing. If System or Product is defective, transportation charges for the return
of Product to Buyer within the United States will be paid by Linux Voodoo. For all other locations, the warranty excludes all costs
of shipping, customs clearance, and other related charges. Linux Voodoo will have a reasonable time to make repairs, replace Product,
or to credit Buyer's account.
Conditions
Linux Voodoo Corporation ("Seller") shall not warranty or cover any loss or damage that may have occured as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper operating environment: including extreme heat or cold; repair or modification not done by a qualified Linux Voodoo repair technician that results in damage; power surges or other electrical damages including static electricity, liquid spill on any components; smoke; physical above including dropping or hitting; incompatibilities with another vendor's hardware or software; software setup or configuration problems.
To obtain warranty service, Buyer shall notify Seller in writing or by telephone that warranty service is requested. In order to return merchandise for refund or repair or to obtain telephone technical support, a proof of purchase must be provided. Proof of purchase is an invoice from the Seller. All Seller warranty labels must be appropriately affixed and not tampered to obtain warranty service.
All products returned for replacement or refund must be in original and undamaged packaging, including all manuals, cables, disks, etc., with all Linux Voodoo labels or UPC's attached, accompanied with the original invoice, and in like-new or sellable condition. Buyers failure to provide original packaging may result in an additional restocking fee or loss of refund eligibility.
If Buyer desires to ship parts to Seller, it's is the Buyer's responsibility to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping by calling customer care at 866.309.4617. Merchandise should be shipped in the original packaging container.
Software
There are no refunds offered on opened software packages.
Systems and Notebook Warranty
All new systems purchased from Seller are covered for (3) years for replacement parts and (1) year of labor costs to restore the system to it's original and intended condition or unless specified otherwise on the products description. Seller's responsibility is limited to repair or replace of hardware components inside the system case, and does not cover Buyer's additional software or data loss. Seller labor and parts warranty does not include parts purchased from other companies or not installed by Seller. Mice, keyboards, scanners, printers, monitors, and other peripheral units are not covered under this (3) year warranty, but are classified as "parts" under the appropriate manufacturer warranty.
For All New Systems and Parts
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED HEREFROM. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES. THE FORGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED ON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, OR NEGLIGENCE OF OTHER SORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, PRINCIPLES OF INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, THE FAILURE OF ANY LIMITED OR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY TO ACHIEVE ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. NOTHING HEREIN SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS SELLER ADOPTING ANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.
ANY DEVIATION FROM RETURN POLICIES WILL RESULT IN THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO YOU WITH NO CREDIT ISSUED. All products returned to Linux Voodoo without a valid RMA number are returned within 14 business days and no credit will be issued!
- Parts designated as "Special Order" are not returnable
- Exchance Policy - During the stated period of time, a replacement will be provided on any part that is found to be defective with the same or equivalent part.
- One (1) year - mobile computer system batteries
- Three (3) years - Personal Computers, Servers and Notebooks not including batteries (see above)
- Refunds over $50 shall be issued to the original form of payment with seven (7) days from the date the system or product is returned to our repair facilities. Purchases made by check will be refunded ten (10) business days after the purchase date via mail check. Returns must have been made within the above time frames.
- Charges for labor, service, deposits on orders, insurance and shipping are not refundable.
- All returns and exchanges must have the original receipt.

- To return merchandise, you must first obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please call our customer care department at 866.309.4617 to obtain an RMA number or login to your account and under order history find the shipment or product you want to return. Click on the "Process RMA" link and follow the instructions.
- Locate the packing list that came with your order
- Identify the reason for your return on the packing list.
- Package and seal your item securely with the packing list and all original packaging, media, cables, manuals and other items included in the original shipment.
It is recommended that you prepay for and use an insured parcel service such as Fed Ex, UPS or Priority Mail for tracking and insurance purposes. Use the return address specified in your
shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You must ship the merchandise within five (5) days of receiving your RMA number.
